Hayfin is a leading European alternative asset management platform, providing critical debt, equity and hybrid capital solutions to meet a range of financing needs for both corporates (sponsor and non-sponsor) and real asset owners.
The Brief
In October 2024, Hayfin Capital Management relocated to 65 Davies Street, London, consolidating two existing London offices into one. As part of this move, they aimed to equip their offices with advanced technology that supports seamless hybrid meetings, collaboration, and communication—key requirements in today’s dynamic work environment.
The Solution
To meet these needs, Insight Visual designed and delivered a comprehensive AV solution across multiple meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and an employee hub. The primary goal was to provide modern video conferencing solutions, high-quality displays, and seamless connectivity for Hayfin’s hybrid workforce.
The key solution implemented was based on the Neat Bar2 All-in-One Teams Room video bar, bundled with Neat Pads for room control and scheduling. Optimised for Microsoft Teams, these devices ensure high-quality communication whether participants are in the room or joining remotely.
Each meeting room was fitted with Philips MultiSync 4K UHD displays ranging from 43" to 98", ensuring clear visuals for presentations and video calls in whatever sized room. In the boardroom, a 98" display was installed, paired with Shure ceiling microphones and a QSC control system to guarantee high-quality audio and system control linked to the partition sensor for when the split space is opened or closed.
For enhanced connectivity and user-friendliness, Cubby 650UT power and retractor systems were installed, providing quick access to USB-C power and signal pass-through, so users can connect their devices without hassle.
In the employee hub, an 85" Samsung QLED display was integrated along with Apple TV, enabling easy streaming and content sharing, perfect for informal meetings, TV and presentations.
The result is a highly functional and future-proof office space that supports Hayfin's hybrid working model. With intuitive, user-friendly technology, teams can collaborate seamlessly, whether in-person or remotely.
